Chromebook support that keeps class moving

247schoolapp is a ChromeOS helpdesk for schools. Students email support — we diagnose and fix enrolled Chromebooks with your IT approving the risky steps.

Sign up with an official school email and a one-time code. Seven-day free trial, no card required. Standard is $200 per month for 100 tickets.

How it works

  1. Connect Google Workspace once. A school admin grants ChromeOS admin access. Enrolled devices stay under the school’s Google domain.
  2. Students email support. 247schoolapp opens a ticket and starts diagnosis on that enrolled Chromebook.
  3. The helpdesk reads device policy, OS version, and ChromeOS admin state, then proposes a fix.
  4. Read-only checks run automatically. Writes that could change a device wait for a school approver.
